Getting the most out of your profile

Throughout your probationary teaching year, you will gather information and evidence to prove that you are meeting the Standard for Full Registration (SFR), and record this on your probation profile. This is then sent to us via your local authority probation manager.

One of the local authority probation managers has been successfully using the following template in discussions with their probationers for a while. This may help you get the most out of your probation profile.
